Zesty Pasta Salad
With Zesty Italian
Ingredients:

12 oz tri-color rotini (or any short pasta)

1 cup Olive Garden Zesty Italian Dressing

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup cucumber, diced
-
½ cup roasted red peppers, chopped
-
½ cup red onion, thinly sliced
-
½ cup black olives, sliced
-
1 cup mozzarella pearls (or cubed mozzarella)
-
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
-
¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
-
Optional: 1 cup salami or pepperoni slices, quartered
Directions:

Cook pasta, drain it and rinse under cold water.

Slice, dice, and copy all veggies, olives, and herbs.

In a large bowl toss the pasta OG Zesty Italian to coat.

Add veggies, olives, herbs, cheeses and parley. Toss to evenly distributed.
Chill in for at least 1 hour.
